REFUND REQUESTS

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any justification. Products eligible for a refund
Products eligible for a refund are new, unused products in their original condition, with all accessories, labels and original packaging intact. Products customised or modified to your specifications are not eligible for refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Product returns
Before returning a product, please obtain a returns number and detailed instructions on the returns procedure. You are responsible for the cost of the return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Condition of returned products
Products returned must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these criteria.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund within 20 working days. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless a different method of refund has been agreed in advance between you and Kube Store.
